All crabs are rinsed clean, then flash frozen and packed to ensure freshness and quality!

We have strict standards in place to ensure that quality and consistency is maintained.

Due to food hygiene reasons and the perishable nature of seafood, all goods sold are strictly non-refundable and we will not be accepting any returns in exchange.

If you do receive our products in poor condition, please contact us immediately within one hour on the same day of your delivery and we aim to resolve any issues together.

We deliver islandwide in Singapore. Delivery for products are within 1-2 working days depending on availabilty.

For ALL orders there is a delivery fee of S$12. There will be 2 delivery timing options. An update will be sent to your email 1 day before delivery.

Please contact us directly if you wish to change delivery date or timing. 

Ensure there is someone available to recieve your order, as quality of goods will be affected if left at your door.
